Doing the Math

MATHHealth care costs?  Pretty simple to me:  Insurance companies spend only about 80 cents of every dollar on actual health care services.  A government program like Medicare spends about 97 cents of every dollar on health care services.  An insurance company has an army dedicated, however incompetently, to denying service and thereby increase company profits.  Medicare has an army dedicated, however incompetently, to delivering medical care, not to NOT deliver it.

Instead of doing the math, many seem to simply respond to the Republican fear machine:  the government will make you have gay abortions while you euthanize Grandma.

Democrats, add it up:  call out the Republican rump and, while you’re at it, call them liars and sociopaths.
